The client wanted to advance her Microsoft Excel and Access skills through individual training focused on the applications and topics relevant to her work.
Excel & Access Training
The training consisted of 12 hours of remote, one-on-one instruction.
Microsoft Excel: Eight hours of training with Microsoft Excel MVP Bob Umlas.
Microsoft Access: Four hours of training with Ian, an Access programmer and trainer based in London.
The sessions were recorded so the client could refer back to the training later.
Topics Covered
The sessions were built around the client’s planned Excel and Access topics, with time available for additional questions and subjects that came up during the training.
This allowed the training to remain focused on the client’s actual requirements rather than following a standard classroom curriculum.
